Description

This training is intended to help staff and agencies make progress toward cultural competence. Gaining cultural competence, like any important skill, is an ongoing process that is never completed; such skills cannot be taught in any single training session. This training provides a framework to help staff to begin to evaluate themselves and the clients they provide service to.
